This session is designed to provide an overview of the CliftonStrengths process, answer your questions and most important-see if I am the Right Coach for YOU!  I'd like to understand your goals and what you want and expect from a coach.  This 30 minute session is free and can be delivered one on one  via telephone or ZOOM, or in person if you are local to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

These individual sessions are designed to learn about your goals, help you understand your natural talents and work with you to develop these talents into Strengths.  Depending on your needs and what you would like to accomplish, we can also work on career and/or leadership development skills.  This is a 60 minute session.

In this 6 session package, you will learn how to NAME, CLAIM and AIM those talents.  During these sessions, Clients may also elect to add a focus on business and/or management skills.  This is (6) 60 minutes sessions.

These sessions are designed for the new and mid-level manager!  As a manager you have one of the most important roles in your organization and you set the tone for the work environment.  Being a new manager is HARD! Managing at the mid-levels of an organization can be equally as frustrating, especially if you don't understand what things are happening around you.  The good news...I was once there and understand your pain. 

Our first step, understand your personal and business goals.  The next step will be to help you gain an awareness and appreciation of your top 5 natural talents, and how they impact your role as a people leader.  We will also focus on methods to improve your performance and the engagement of your team members.  I recommend that the initial 60 minute session be done face to face.  Please contact me for special pricing on multiple sessions.  I am open to travel and really would enjoy working with you. 

A Team's success ultimately depends on its ability to perform as a team.  When Members are aware of each others unique talents, they will have a better understanding of how and why they will act, think and feel in various situations.  Having  this awareness helps the team to navigate the issues and challenges that they will encounter.  In this session, we will help your team members understand their top 5 natural talents and learn how to NAME, CLAIM and AIM those talents.  We will complete a series of exercises, including a team grid to help the team appreciate each others collective talents.  When teams are able to use a common language, "the language of Strengths", it immediately changes their conversations.  It will create a more positive dialogue, one that boost the team's overall engagement and performance levels.  Teams that focus on Strengths every day, have a 12.5% greater productivity.  Let's talk about what you want to see happen on your team!
