As your coach, I listen to you and focus on what you want to accomplish.  We will uncover your natural talents, those things that you do extremely well.  Next, we will work together to Name, Claim, and Aim those unique Talents. Ultimately, you will discover how to  "Do What You Do Best, Every Day" 

Being a manager can be challenging, especially if you are new to the role.  Understanding how you filter things and respond to situations can help you "become a better leader, increase engagement, and improve the bottom line."

Each individual team member will learn about their unique talents in the context of others.  I will develop a "Team Grid" that will help us identify  key partnerships and facilitate the identification and discussion of your team's collective talents. The ultimate goal- to teach team members to use their talents to "achieve your specific performance objectives, while building greater team engagement."
